Process takes 1-2 billing cycles
Your credit will activate on your next billing cycle. However, it may take up to 2 billing cycles before the credit appears on your PG&E statement. For example, if you submitted your application on February 22nd and your billing cycle began on February 25th, your credit would show on the bill you receive in April and would account for two months’ worth of Solar Storage Credits. On each following statement, you’ll receive a monthly credit.
